Bought the Car 24 Oct and ordered accessories same day so I thought, vehicle on the 9th Nov. dealership screw license plate advertisement plates to the bumper putting drill hole in my brand new $36,000 dollar car. 13 Nov returned to check on accessories order to find out none were ordered at all. showed sales manager the drill holes above the VW license plate mounting bracket purchased from VW.com. Had to prove the license plate bracket was a genuine VW part. Was told they would send it to body shop for repairs approximately 3days turn around. why do I have to have my NEW car repair for their screw up instead of replacement of the damaged bumper. Also vehicle window sticker included a rear bumper "bumperdillio" that was not on the vehicle at delivery. Had to order all accessories on the 13th Nov (front bug shield, front and rear splash guards, and now a rear bumperdillio) this is the 3rd vehicle bought through this dealership and it will be the last business I do here.
