I hear that there was 2 crush washers put on my drain plug the last time my oil was changed there and that my car had been leaking out oil. My bottom plate was full of oil. My low oil light came on the day before I had my oil changed. My engine could have been toast because of your incompetent oil tech.

Trent in the service center is an outstanding tech. and is always there when we need something done to my wife's VW beetle. The whole team is very helpful and knowledgeable and are nice and very helpful as well.
