This place is the best! Patrick in sales was extremely helpful and encouraged making an informed decision. I at no point felt pressured to make any decision which is a completely foreign concept to me as far as my prior experience at dealerships. The vehicle I looked at was in great shape but had minor repairable cosmetic flaws which were pointed out and addressed to me in a quick, honest and professional manner. My wife and many children came with me for this process and staff bent over backward to make sure that they were comfortable and entertained. Snacks, coffee, toys and entertainment were provided to them quickly and consistently. Patrick was extremely transparent and encouraged regular private communication with my wife and gave me time to research to ensure that an informed decision could be made which we would both be excited about. The finance lady was extremely friendly and transparent. Due to prior experiences with other dealerships I took time to review every aspect of my purchase with a fine tooth comb to ensure I wasn’t being taken advantage of or bamboozled in any way with extra charges etc. and the finance lady encouraged me to review everything. There was no questioning, lying, pressuring, argument, or upsales made while going through finance. Just a list of options and finance staff that was enthusiastic to help and honor whatever decision I made on my own. When I went in to finance I had already been preapproved through a bank of my choosing for the best rate I could find and while initially hesitant I allowed finance to shop rates for me which proved to be a good decision because I was able to get a rate over 1% lower than the best I could find on my own. I walked out with my newly purchased used vehicle feeling refreshed and excited about my purchase. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure or stress throughout my experience here which was something I have never experienced at a dealership before. Me and my family were given a level of above and beyond treatment by staff at Steve Hahn VW that I would only expect if I was buying a marked up high end luxury vehicle but I wasn’t. I purchased the perfect new to me used family vehicle and walked out feeling great. ❤️1
If I could rate Steve Hahn's with 10 Stars I would! Working with Trent and Jared in the service department has been nothing but a great experience! From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I left, there was nothing but a professional and positive atmosphere. As a matter of fact they squeezed me in twice to time slots that I'm sure were not the most convenient for them. They just simply made it happen for me because they knew it was important! I would recommend the service department to anybody in Yakima or surrounding area. They're nothing but professional, understanding, and compassionate regarding your problems, and do everything in their power they can to help you. I did end up leaving there with a new car which brings me to the sales team! Anthony was helpful, patient with my questions, and made the car buying experience as smooth as it could get! Jorda in finance was nothing but kind and made the process efficient for me. Manny help me understand things that I was having a hard time processing and made it very easy. The thing I noticed about Steve Hahn's while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and finance and the time that I spent there was that every single employee in that building was cheerful and was always asking how it was they could help you and if you needed anything. If you're in the market to buy a car I highly suggest you look nowhere but Steve Hahn. When they say that they are going to take care of you, you can take that at face value. That's exactly what they do! If your vehicle is in need of service I also highly recommend their service department and service team. You will get nothing but a great experience!
