I at no point felt pressured to make any decision which is a completely foreign concept to me as far as my prior experience at dealerships. The vehicle I looked at was in great shape but had minor repairable cosmetic flaws which were pointed out and addressed to me in a quick, honest and professional manner. My wife and many children came with me for this process and staff bent over backward to make sure that they were comfortable and entertained. Snacks, coffee, toys and entertainment were provided to them quickly and consistently. Patrick was extremely transparent and encouraged regular private communication with my wife and gave me time to research to ensure that an informed decision could be made which we would both be excited about.
